What is the Body Transformation Program?
The Body Transformation Program is a 12 week, individually customized health & fitness program at our fitness center that will give you all the support and tools you need to reach your personal goals.
Why is the Body Transformation Program for me?
- It is not a one size fits all program, it is custom tailored to your needs.
- You will have your own Personal Training Coach who will guide and support you throughout the entire program and will make themselves available to you for any questions or concerns.
- Your program will be held in a private, non-intimidating, fitness environment.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY, because you deserve to be happy and healthy!!!
What is included in the Body Transformation Program?
All Programs Include:
- Pre- and Post-Assessments:
- Before and After Pictures
- Body Fat %
- Body Measurements
- One-on-One Personal Training with a Certified Fitness Professional:
- Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals.
- You have the guidance of a professional to prevent injury and ensure the greatest results.
- A trainer keeps you accountable so you don’t blow off your workouts.
- Your trainer will provide you with nutritional advice, meal plans (if desired), as well as nutritional tips and tricks.
- Unlimited Small Group Training Classes:
- A variety of different fitness classes is available to assist in your transformation.
- Classes such as Boot Camp, BARRE, HIIT, Yoga, TRX, Spinning and more add variety to your fitness routine. Cross training is the quickest way to results.
- Full Access to the West Conshy Athletic Club:
- For the duration of your program, you will have full access to the West Conshy Athletic Club.
- Utilize our 24/7 private, exclusive fitness center with a full line of cardio equipment, strength machines, free weights, renovated locker rooms, and more.
