1-on-1 Personal Training

Get fit with 1-on-1 training sessions! Our trainers will develop a personalized fitness program to help you achieve your specific goals. As they work with you individually, your workouts will improve and you’ll see results!

Small Group Training

If you want the benefits of a personal trainer but enjoy a small group environment, West Conshy Athletic Club offers small group training with classes for up to eight participants.  Classes focus on functional strength training and include circuits, HIIT, AMRAPs, and more! With advancements and modifications offered, all fitness levels will benefit and all abilities are welcome.  Contact our fitness team to arrange for small group training.

Youth Fitness Training

Our personal trainers will work with kids ages 9 and up to help them build endurance and develop coordination and balance. Our training programs are safe and can be tailored to the child’s specific sports and goals.  Participants can expect to use a variety of different equipment such as weights, bands, balls and other tools to get stronger and leaner.  Small group training options are available.

Training Philosophy: Do what works for you! Find what works for you, and make sure it’s something you enjoy! We are all different, and so are our workouts and dietary needs!

Fun Fact: My favorite things are the shore, snowboarding in Colorado, spending time with family and friends, and all Philly sports.
